I became interested in renovation and real estate when I purchased my first home in 2004. After making minor renovations, I resold my home. Since then, I was hooked. I have since worked on dozens of renovations from cosmetic builds to complete gut rehabs. I am a Licensed General Contractor, a design creative, a spreadsheet lover, and a very practical mama.
